I love the the player app, and I keep the original app running for games as well. Battery life on my primary tablet is unfortunately low. So I'm looking into experimenting with E-ink tablets, but even higher end E-inks usually run on older versions of Android or completely proprietary systems. My question, what is the oldest/lowest end Android OS that the apps support? Can the apps even run on E-ink tablets?
The android apps require android version 6.0 or higher and the device must have access to the Google Play store in order to download the app legitimately.
