i just payed for the Sword Coast Adventurers Guide on the mobile app and cant download on the app or access it here on the web page either. Usually the content is available instantly but I'm unsure on why this time it isn't, any ideas?

Go to your account's marketplace tab. Scroll all the way down until you see your licenses and double check to make sure you have the license to SCAG. While you are on that page, sync your entitlements if you need to.
If you see your license but you still cannot access it, you will have to wait for a mod to check out your account, and/or contact customer support. Be aware that support might be very busy right now and backlogged, so do not expect a quick reply and be prepared to wait at least one or two weeks, as there may be a lot of people before you.
If you do not not see your license and you are certain you bought it, you have probably inadvertently created two accounts and bought it on the wrong account. You will want to contact support about it.
Its all on the same account as they both share the exact same content which I have purchased previously but it doesn't show on the license list. I've got conformation of purchase and contacted the support already.
