Is there a setting or toggle somewhere for the Reliable Talent on the character sheet rolling? From the description:
By 11th level, you have refined your chosen skills until they approach perfection. Whenever you make an ability check that lets you add your proficiency bonus, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
When I roll the skills if it's less than 10 it still just shows the roll as 2+mod, is there a way to make it change that automatically to 10+mod when it's 9 or lower?
Interestingly, this was not the case, as the DND Beyond dice roller was coded to account for Reliable Talent. And then it wasn't. And then it was. And now it isn't, again.

The digital dice for D&D Beyond have never been coded to account for reliable talent

No. If you roll lower than a 10, you'll just have to remember that you have reliable talent
