I've built a character with the Wildspacer background, which says as part of the "Wildspace Adaptation" feature that you gain the Tough feat. However the Tough feat doesn't show up anywhere on the character sheet and the character's health hasn't changed. Is this a bug or are there additional requirements/settings to activate the Tough feat when gained in this manner that I'm unaware of?

Backgrounds can't (currently) automatically add feats. You need to add the feat manually through the manage feat menu on the character sheet.
