I'd love to have better support for Character pictures/portraits.
Currently you can only add a single picture/portrait and it's very small size. It's a great thumb nail for when you're viewing a bunch of characters, but it's super limiting.
It does not support the ability to choose the framing (say the head/upper body) and you're forced to crop the image outside of DnD Beyond and then import it back. I'd love for a place to have a larger image so if you're actually viewing the character, you can have a higher res /bigger art picture.
I would think by now with their gaming and movie partnerships they would have a 3d/VR VVT by now. That is what the next edition should have been, they lack vision IMO.
You know something they sell in steam with full workshop support. It should be a like BG3 but with a real DM and Players while playing. The modules would be expansions like in the game world.
Easier RIO model too, maybe start with the world builder which is like a city builder, location builder. Then they release a Intro set, everyone starts with it, free to play. Once you have that sorted you follow up with with DM and player expansions. The free to play into could include all sort of up sell features. Like the ability to create models for players and with an export feature so you could order or print your own physical mini equipped or posed how they like. Monster books provide the feature for them too.

I'd like to see an optional character sheet with a more prominent placeholder large enough for a full body portrait as well
Hey there Jaradakar!
I'll pass this feedback along :)
I'll bump this thread. While it is nice to have the thumbnail to help select your character when using the tool...
The only reason you need a character picture on your sheet at all is to show other people what your character looks like.
The tiny thumbnail is worthless, because nobody can see it.
Brannon I like that very much and having the show Portrait option would be cool maybe even up closer to the top.
Over 3 years later and this seems to not have been implemented. :(
