It would be incredibly useful to include a simple drop-down menu for each creature to record/note/track their condition. Could be multi-select drop-down menu, Super simple dev.

Track creatures and characters condition, similar to how one uses the Hit Point "heal" "damage" buttons, etc. to track characters hit points.
But Poisoned should be spelled correctly in your version. :P And the goblins would have hit points....
It would also be great if the info/stats in the cards was consistent for players and creatures. (e.g AC is in the same location on each card, they all have speed in same location, do I care about CR in the middle of a battle?, etc.)
I feel you would need a check box more than a drop-down, as it is possible to have multiple conditions. A condition timer that would track the turns would be amazing as well.

This should be obvious for D&D players, but a monster or player can have a condition such as confused, charmed, paralyzed, disadvantaged on next attack or frightened, etc.
D&D beyond would survey the usage of conditions in the game and come up with a tracker for each monster or player that enumerates the list of current conditions. Ideally, each condition should have a tracker on it that helps automatically resolve when the condition ends. Such as stunned until <character>'s next turn to automatically remove the condition after the event has passed. Likewise, the condition might allow for a saving through at the beginning or end of its turn, which could potentially occur automatically so that the DM doesn't forget. Conditions are a pain to keep track of and resolve. Some sort of of automatic tracking as to what conditions are on each pc/npc/monster with automatic resolution handing would be nice. If a condition does something else like impose automatic disadvantage on all attack rolls, it would be lovely if the tool did that too.
I note that the combat tools in the encounter builder do not allow one to directly roll at advantage or disadvantage. You just have to roll twice (or three times!) and manage this yourself. Some sort of automation would be very helpful on this stuff.
The minimum acceptable version of this feature would allow the DM to set and remove conditions on each creature from a list of possible conditions manually.
The usual GUI for this would be a popup menu with a list of possible conditions with some of them checked. You could toggle the checkmark by selecting the item in the popup menu. When the popup menu is not drawn, a list of conditions (or icons for conditions with appropriate tool tip) should be drawn somewhere to the right of the name of the creature, e.g. "Hobgoblin (A)" in the image attached to the original post.
Not sure if this is still being considered - it would be great, if it is. It might get very complicated to develop as a drop-down, with multiple conditions and effects possible for each creature.
But I'd be super happy and grateful even for a simple text box that I can update myself to add/track/etc. the status or statuses. If it worked like labels do in gmail and other apps, that would be even better, but a text box for DM notes would be easy to implement and flexible enough to help me remember everything I always forget. :)
I really feel like a mouse over/select or tap on a mobile device should offer a listing of conditions that affect the token in Maps. I don't even think it needs to have a link to what the conditions do. There are other ways to get that.

We are now in 2025, how has this not happened yet? Literally every other digital tracking tool had this a decade ago.
