I just got the notification of the dice and art book being available, but only got the dice code. There is no link or code for the art book. Also, I purchased two of the pre-order bundles, one as a gift for another member. How do I give them their dice and art book?
I opened a ticket, regarding the matter, then it apparently got dropped. So I opened another ticket. Still waiting to hear from the staff. I know they're super-busy with the new books and all, but this is a matter of money spent.
I purchased two copies of the pre-order sets. One for myself, and one as a gift, which I am positive I ticked the "gift" box, for the purchasing, but it does not seem to have taken. The person I bought the gift for has been waiting, and had issues with their membership, only just recently getting the matter resolved almost two months later. I just need to know the matter is indeed being looked into. I already received my initial perks for September, but have not received the codes to pass them on as gifts to my friend.
Unless I did them wrong? Which I am starting to think I may have done?
Are the digital perks automatically applied to the account? Or would I still require the code?
