I'll cancel my account as well and ask for refunds on all my digital source books if this is not fixed within the next month.
It's unacceptable that digital rule books that you could still buy 1 month ago have now become unusable in the character creator.
If my intention had been to just by a book to read, I'd have bought a copy at the local tabletop store. But digital content in D&D beyond is clearly primarily intended to be used for digital character management, and for this purpose the 2014 material is now unusable.
I know that you can still select legacy spells and subclasses etc., but what does this help if the 2024 rules are still forced upon everthing you do in DnD beyond?
Why does this not have more attention, especially with how DNDB now IS forcing 2024 onto players.
I believe it's only because Hasbro / WotC, don't care one bit for their customers. They just don't care. And yet, they somehow except us to keep using their products. It's really frustrating and it's also incredibly pathetic. Corporate stupidity and arrogance is the worst.
At this point I think it would be wise to start looking for an alternative to D&D Beyond. I don't believe they have any intention of fixing it.

All ears for an alternative that is well supported, not buggier than DnDBeyond, and doesn't require us to re-purchase *everything*.

I'm likely going to cancel my account as well. Unless, they include a toggle to turn off the unwanted 2024 content.
