I don't know if I just can't find it, but there seems to be no documentation on the tools provided by D&D Beyond.
For example, I'm trying to find out more about the custom actions in the character builder, like the differences between General, Attack, and Spell, but there's nothing.
The closest you get in terms of documentation is tooltips, but that's it and even they aren't always that helpful.
For context, what I'm trying to achieve is a custom actions that's a "once per day" kind of thing with a charge to keep track. Short of adding a custom spell/magic item/subclass, I can't see a way to achieve this.
This is actually a result of me having a homebrew magic item but the action it allows me to do doesn't show up in my actions so I'm just adding it separately.
