Just wanted to ping this again, as its a few months later, and monsters in Volos still aren't showing any of the descriptions- just the monster stat block. I'm having to open Volos under the sourcebooks, find the monster in the book, and look it up separately to see any of the monsters information. All of the other sourcebooks (MM, MtoF, the adventures Ive unlocked) seem to be fine- just Volos.
Potentially relevant info: Volos is being shared with me via my own Masters subscription.
I couldn't find a volo's monster that didn't have a description, but I only tried the first 20.
Being shared shouldn't be an issue (it might, but shouldn't).
Can you link some of the ones that you are talking about?

A few I was looking up the other day include: Neogi, Grung, Vegepygmies, Chitine, Babau, Flail snail, Annis Hag, Boggle.
I am the owner of the campaign- I have content sharing fully on in the campaign, but one of my players has Volo's (which is one that I don't have on DnDbeyond yet), and so with my masters subscription and sharing, his volos is also shared with us. So he did try to toggle it off, but I'm the one with the "disable content sharing" button- not him.
Edit: I did try toggling the sharing for the campaign, since I'm the owner of it, and no change.

Is anyone else in the campaign able to view the content from Volo's?

Hey there -
Can you do me a favor and try the following:
Log out of your account, and have the owner of the campaign toggle content sharing off/on.
Thanks!
