So, maybe I'm missing it but I'm trying to unlock otherworldly patrons for my warlock. I'm pretty sure there's a way to do it because I know I've done it in the past with adding an additional background for like $2.00. It even says when you're building the character that you can, but I'll be damned if I can't find where on the marketplace you can do this! Any help would be appreciated.

It depends which patron you want to unlock. For example the Hexblade can be found here which the Genie can be found here.
