There is an icon for inspiration that appears on the character portrait in the player app when it is activated in the web app, but it doesn’t seem like it can be activated/deactivated from within the app itself. Do I have that right?
I am playing a game right now, and was able to tap the word INSPIRATION in the bottom rectangle to the right of my character portrait in the mobile app to toggle Inspiration on and off

I can’t turn it on or off within the app. Had hoped this would be corrected.

D&D Beyond StaffIt's on the roadmap but can't promise the date.
Meanwhile, you can use the View Character on Website option to get to the website version easily and manage your inspiration from there.
