I am so glad this app is live. It's a nice separate feature to have, apart from the web-based Sheet, with a cleaner, simpler UI for just playing (without Wifi). Thank you all for this effort.

But please. Please, please, please. Is there any possible way we can have it backwards compatible? I know there are annoying roadblocks with Apple/Google when it comes to building apps that work for old iOS versions, but ... I have old tablets whose sole purpose is to be digital character sheets, and on one (the 1st gen iPad mini), the website no longer works. On another, it barely loads and takes forever to navigate. And on all three, the App won't load.

Is there any way ... website or app ... that we can get DDB character sheet functionality to load smoothly on old devices? What better way to save old workhorse tablets from the scrap heap than to make them usable as digital character sheets?

We'll do our best to provide some backwards compatibility but unfortunately it brings a lot of additional work while we are focusing on providing as many features as possible to the app at this point and we need to prioritise our efforts very strictly. I totally hear ya. I know it's a bit pie-in-the-sky, and you all have a lot on your roadmap already. I'm happy that you're considering it! Neglected old tablets everywhere would name you their god above all others. :D
