No, there is not presently a way to do this. I don't see there being a way either. DMs could use a bit more robust support beyond the Encounter Builder and developing combat tracker, something for notes and plots and the like, but frankly I'm actually checking out WorldAnvil for that.

Jander Sunstar is the thinking person's Drizzt, fight me.
Export to a document on your computer. Edit said document as you see fit. Work from that document instead of from the DDB source. Easier said than done, but it's an option.

I have LMOP as a source on dndbeyond.
I want to add a whole different plot line in chapter 2 or 3 (wherever).. so i want to be able to either:
1) edit the source page to add it
2) have it as content maybe on a sidebar at the relevant part in the source page
3) create links on words (like they have already) so that when i get to that part i can automatically go there SEAMLESSLY.
I do NOT want to have to mess about with other browsers/tabs or jump to physcial sources.
Is there a way to do this ?
no.
Come participate in the Competition of the Finest Brews, Edition XXVIII?
My homebrew stuff:
Spells, Monsters, Magic Items, Feats, Subclasses.
I am an Archfey, but nobody seems to notice.
