3 per day is still incorrect.... You get 2 per short rest so if your saying 3 then you are assuming one short rest?
So that would be 4 per day?
Also assuming you don't have any invocations that are spells at will?
Right, I'm not going to argue the entire nuts and bolts of warlocks. At face value, you get 3 per day at 12, assuming zero short rests. You would get more than 3 per day with a short rest. I'm also not including invocations in that because those are invocations, its a separate class feature. That's a different thread though.

Then why bring it up?
This is me actively telling you I will not be responding to any thing beyond this post. I brought it up because the comment about Eldritch Blast power in relation to Gust power, but Eldritch Blast is a unique cantrip in how its designed for a specific class, rather than generic use for all classes. The intent is different, and because of that there are points there to be made in relation to that. This tangent on Warlocks, however, is not related to the thread. Let's get back on topic about Gust.
Could you kindly quote the entire block of text and get back to me on that? Thanks.

Gust is underpowered and underflavored.
Eldritch blast is fine as a cantrip as it's the invocations that take it above the rest.
Without them it's the same as firebolt and behind Toll the Dead for damage.
Flavor wise Gust is less versatile then the other element cantrips.
I would rather have something like thaumaturgy or prestidigitation.
