I haven't had much experience playing DnD personally but I do enjoy hearing the different stories from the campaigns. I currently teach English abroad and I am trying to make a summer camp based around DnD. It is 5 days long and at max 4 hours (depends on number of students). So what I'm asking is how would you break down the game to allow for 5 days worth of work? For example: I have my first day revolving around character creation and some world building, and my second day with fighting, magic, action sentences, and mock battles. After that I am a bit lost on what I can do or if I should start a one-shot on day 3. Thoughts?
I think starting with a handful of pre-generated character sheets for them to choose from and jumping right into a short adventure would be better for such a short amount of time. Dragon of Icespire Peak is a good adventure for a new DM and it's based around a jobs board in a small town. Getting right into the action I think would be more fun than it just being a clinic in how to play.

Thanks in advance for any ideas :)

That is such a good idea!
I think what the previous person said about Icespire Peak is good.
