You'd have to have it as a homebrew weapon on your sheet and check the box on it in your inventory. Notably, it can only be a Pact Weapon in 2024 rules (2014 rules don't allow it because the 1 hour ritual lasts longer than the 1 minute concentration time), and can't be designated by Hex Warrior at all (time constraints, same as above).
