There are currently 7 decks of cards for 5e Magic Spells (Arcane, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Paladin, Ranger & Xanathar's)
For spells that exist in multiple classes do those spells only appear in one deck? (put another way to the Paladin or Ranger decks only have those spells that don't exist in Arcane or Cleric?)

Thank you
I own them all, but I'm pretty sure its just if the spell exists on that list, they give it. So if I go through my boxes of spell cards, I'm like 90% sure there are dupe cards across the different product lines.
I can't tell you for sure just yet, I'm getting some more cards soon and should be able to check.
However, I can tell you this. I would have a very strong expectation that each deck has every card applicable to it. So if I buy the Arcane deck, I should have every spell (other than those that are part of an expansion) that's on the Wizard Spell List. I really shouldn't have to then buy the Cleric deck because some cards are only available there.
Since I think that is a reasonable expectation, I'd expect there to be duplicates where there are overlaps. Each deck should have all the spells pertaining to that class that are in the standard rules (expansions and so forth are excepted). I'll check when my cards arrive (in theory by Monday).

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Xanthar's has some new spells/items that are not in the earlier decks unless they have been updated since I bought them. I expect the same would be true if they came out with a Tasha's deck. I've recently been looking through mine to find specific spells from Xanthar's and they are only in that deck. note: there is actually an 8th deck - magic items. the general decks basically have the PHB spells and do have dupes but Xanthar's has a few that aren't in the others.
The monster decks have some from the expansions like XGtE and I believe that I've seen references to Volo's despite the latter having its own set, but then again, the groupings for the monster and the NPC/creature decks doesn't make sense to me. It's possible they just put a few in.

Are new spell card decks coming out? Nothing for a bit from GF9 and it seems they are in a disagreement with WotC and might not be making them anymore. True?
Oh look, another nifty / fun piece of the game that WotC has killed. Wanted to go buy these as I spin up a new group, but looks like they are out of print for arcane. Can someone spin off a non-proprietary version of this game that WotC can't ruin?
