So my first AL character is a circle of stars druid. I was thinking about taking some levels in twilight domain cleric. While reading up on twilight's features I came across its Steps of Night feature, which gives the player a flying speed equal to their walking speed for a minute, but they have to be in dim light or darkness for it to activate.
So here's my question: Does Starry Form's bright light that it makes you shed for 10 feet prevent you from using Steps of Night either on activation or during use of the ability?

I would rule it that way. Not only are you encompassed by bright light, you are literally the light.
