A quick Google search is turning up lots of assortment hits, but nothing in pick-a-color by the buttload. I have no doubt it's out there, but you may have to do some significant Google-Fu to find them. The search term you'll want to keep in mind is "polyhedral dice". That's what non-gamers and/or production wonks call our non-d6 gaming dice.
Rollable dice no, but if the OP is using things like d4s as pieces of an art project? Something d4-shaped in controllable colors might be the ticket. Suppose the best method depends in part on what the actual intent is?

Going to echo this. Bulk dice same color same shape is a very tall order. Bulk same shape is not an issue, but bulk (as in, at least 50) of the same color is very difficult outside d6s. But if they're not really meant for rolling, buying bulk d4s and spray painting them (after roughing them up a bit so the paint adheres properly) could be an option. Actually, with a couple coats of hard - glossy - varnish after the spray paint they should stand up to some rolling too, though not hard use. I'd look into that, maybe?

If the op doesn't want dice, but dice shapes, looking up platonic solids from math supply stores would be the way to go.
Even printing in pla just simple platonic solids, it'd be very time consuming and quite costly if you don't already own the printer and need to commission the prints. Resin would be even more so.
I've found if you search "bulk dX" on Amazon, you tend to find sets all of the same colour. Wish or AliExpress would also be a good place to look.
These guys have some bulk dice pricing, color choices etc. This might not be the cheapest option - although their bulk pricing doesn't look to bad. They also have the brands they carry listed (at the bottom) and you may be able to go directly to them.
So I'm planning on some creative projects for D&D. I've seen the bulk packs of like 1kg dice, but they're all random or you can buy lots of d6s.
Is there anywhere that lets you buy, say, a whole bag of d4s in whatever colour you want?
Edit: The dice would be for rolling.

If you want bulk dice that aren't D6s, I'd suggest checking dice manufacturers. They might have discounts for buying directly from them.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
There’s 3d printing your own if you have access to a printer.
3D printing is not the best way to make dice in bulk, I can assure you. Both in terms of cost and time
