Since the entire Kenku race was cursed to have no curiosity and no wings, would it be logical to say that casting Remove Curse on a Kenku would return its curiosity and wings to it?
The kenku species, according to Volo's Guide to DM Headaches lore, was fundamentally altered on a species-wide level by the wrath of an angry god to adopt a nature they find abhorent.
It's kinda like asking whether you can put out a California wildfire by pouring out your thermos on it. Yes, technically water can quench a fire, but there's a difference between a campfire (a normal, everyday cursed-object curse or a transient magical hex) and a whole-ass state being constantly on fire (a god "cursing" an entire species by changing their fundamental nature).
Plus, if it was so easy to turn a kenku back into a winged critter, how are any of them still cursed? They have their entire life to scrape together a few dozen coins to pay a local priest to cast Remove Curse and give them a whole new lease on life, to say nothing of how much more valuable a kenku would be to its town if it could fly and think properly. There's no reason to leave them half-crippled.

I mean, they might not have thought of it , given the whole "no creativity" clause of the curse ;)
I currently play a Kenku(i will probably post about it in some time), but I decided to just ignore that part and just keep the speach restriction and flightlessness. It is impossible to not have any original thoughts.

I don't think trying remove curse to remove a curse is that creative, though.

Remove Curse works on normal, ordinary curses.

Please do not contact or message me.
Yeah that's makes sense. Thanks for the help.

likely a wish or a cleric's Divine Intervention (likely the 20th level version) would be the only thing with a chance to remove a kenku's curse.

One of the many problems with Remove Curse.

Just curious since I don’t have MMM but is this still part of the Kenku lore? Are they still cursed but their traits have changed?

From what I recall, no they don't have this curse anymore.
Then I guess that solves my problem
