Thanks all for your suggestion. I also want to know whether I should purchase a physical book or get it online thanks to all for answering my question. I was about to ask it in a new thread but now I don't need it because I found my answer here.
You have to weigh the benefits of having always accessible digital versions that integrate with the system against the chances that those digital books will change or disappear completely.
When you "buy the digital books" what you are really buying is a license to access that data for as long as it is available, and DDB reserves the right to change that. DDB regularly "updates" the digital books with errata from WotC, but also changes that can be controversial when they are not correcting errors, but changing rules and lore to fit new ideas. That's fine as long as you agree with the changes, but one day you might not.
There is also no guarantee that DDB will still be around in a year, two years, five years. Now that WotC is buying them, they might go through a lot of changes, or even eventually shot down. Then your "books" are just... gone.
Also consider what will happen when the next edition of D&D comes out, especially now that WotC owns DDB. Will you get to keep the copies of the 5e books you "bought" here? Or will 5e books all eventually go away, replaced by whatever comes next? Do you think you'll get the new PHB for free because you bought the 5e PHB? Likely not.
So if you're cool with all of that, then DDB offers lots of great benefits. As for me, they can pry my physical books from my cold, dead hands.

"Orcs are savage raiders and pillagers with stooped postures, low foreheads, and piggish faces with prominent lower canines that resemble tusks." MM p245 (original printing) You don't OWN your books on DDB: WotC can change them any time. What do you think will happen when OneD&D comes out?
That's a shame. thank you for thee feedback though.
"the DDB price covers this fancy web site and a whole different staff."
That's why the online books are also slightly cheaper. Now my only wish would be if you bought the physical book you got a slight discount on the digital book. But that's just my dream.
Crap! Now that I dont have access to buy the pieces I need, I want the physical books! un fortunately for my crew those books do jack sh1t because we build online! So am I to buy a 30$ online book and a 50$ physical copy for a 3$ subclass? Wish I was rich but I’m just old🍺
