Here's a PDF of SRD 5.1 with the Creative Commons license. By simply publishing it, we place it under an irrevocable Creative Commons license. We'll get it hosted in a more convenient place next week. It was important that we take this step now, so there's no question.

Any SRD content under D20, 3.5e and now 5e is available under the 1.0a
Any SRD content for 5e is now also available under the CC-BY-4.0
Forgot about 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0, they never happened.
One DnD (6e) SRD (if they have one) will most likely have its own OGL and not available under CC-BY-4.0. This may be ok, IF One DnD is still compatible with 5e like they said in the beginning of the OneDnD Announcement.
If not, then there will essentially be two versions of the game: A Content Creator driven 5.e and a WoTC driven 6e.
I hope for compatibility, and I am ok with not having access to any 6e SRD in favor of ALL of the content available, including the 5e SRD, under the CC-BY-4.0. This has the largest pool of resources.
Second is all the Creator content that falls under 1.0a. This is available (for the most part) for any creation under the current 1.0a.
So, either 1.0a or CC-BY-4.0.. both of which have a lot of content, including 5e SRD.
However, the CC-BY-4.0 is for all intents and purposes, permanent.
You can forget about 6e. They backed down on 5e, so I think they'll do something with 6e just like they did with 4e.
As long as they're trying to make 1D&D compatible with 5e products, it really doesn't do them any good to release its SRD under more limited terms than 5.1 (because TPPs will just use 5.1 if they do). They'd need an edition change sufficient to make 5e content obsolete.

Now they just need to do all the previous editions, and 6e
