So Lizardman have Natural Armor + Unarmored Defense from Barbarian I feel like it should be high
my Dex is 20 so +5 my Con is 16 +3 and Unarmored defense gives a base +10 and Natural Armor gives a base +13 both get bonuses from dex and 1 gets bonus from con so all together shouldn't it be 13+5+10+5+3=36 or fo they override each other if so that kinda sucks
No, Unarmored Defense and Natural Armor do not stack. They are two separate ways of calculating AC, and as such you only get to pick one.
EDIT: From the Basic Rules: "Some spells and class features give you a different way to calculate your AC. If you have multiple features that give you different ways to calculate your AC, you choose which one to use" (link).
I haven't done all the math, but it seems like your AC should be 18 (using Barbarian Unarmored Defense, 10+5+3). Though someone correct me if I'm wrong.
You are adding two AC values. Pick either the 10 or the 13, because an AC base value does not stack.
pick the 13. A 26 AC is still way too high, but….

Actually, he doesn't even get the 26. Granted I am looking at the Legacy version of Lizardfolk from VGtM, but the Lizardfolk provides a way of calculating your AC (13+DEX). As a Barbarian, you can get another way of calculating your AC, Unarmored Defense (10+DEX+CON). He can either pick the 13+DEX or 10+DEX+CON, you cannot do 13+DEX+CON.
Therefore, using Lizardfolk Natural Armor, you have AC 18. Coincidentally, using Unarmored Defense, you also have AC 18. If you use a shield with either one, you can get up to AC 20. Which is frankly amazing for a Barbarian. Some Paladins can't get that high of an AC, lol.
