The closest thing you'll find to any Spartan from Halo would be, I assume, some mix of Fighter and Armorer Artificer. I'm not sure exactly what the breakdown would be, but that would be my guess.
But also my two cents: a sci-fi guns blazing type of character doesn't translate very well into a game of swords and magic, even if you add in the optional firearms rules (which is up to the DM, not the player).

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
That.... is entirely a conversation to have with your DM.
No, really, there's 0 way anyone can answer plot questions like that for you that isn't the fellow running the campaign this is for.
You COULD do a Planescape portal mix-up, or could do something where your PC was a supersoldier project by a mad wizard... but any specifics are things your DM would need to rule on.
And to reiterate a point I'm confused about - unless there's a Noble 6 from outside the Halo: Reach game, then I'm not sure what 'character' you're talking about.
Noble 6 never speaks, has no personality, is literally just a vehicle for us the player to experience the stories of the other members of Noble Team. Noble 6 by definition is void of character development, because we as players are supposed to be Noble 6.

Guess it really depends on what part about a Halo Spartan you're trying to capture?
Power armor= Artificer, though arguments could be made for Eldritch Knight as well.
Awesome firepower= Artificer, Warlock, really any kind of gish build...
Elite's energy sword= Soul Knife
im mostly trying to get the character and story not the armor or weapons
