So I recently purchased the Dungeons of Drakkenheim module (highly recommended btw!), and got to reading. I noticed that the maps in the module are 'okay', but as a friend pointed out, there's some stunning maps available through DndBeyond's new Maps tool, where there's some 57, highly detailed maps that are not available in the (digital) book.
I wondered if there was an option to download the maps through the Maps Tool, but I couldn't find a way.. which made me wonder if there is even a way to do so? Is this a missing feature, as-intended, or am I missing something? :)
Yep, creating isnt a problem. Its just DNDbeyond is a little miss leading with this "short" on youtube. It my opinion it makes it look like the maps are available in MAPS.
Yes, I just bought the maps from Ghostfire. I wish companies big and small would be a little more honest about what is being purchased. But I guess that is too much to ask.

When you purchase them, are they in PNG/JPG, or PDF?
Hi everyone!

Thanks in advance!

I've seen "50 Maps of Dungeons of Drakkenheim" advertised on dndbeyonds YouTube channel but can't find it anywhere.
zoom out, screenshot, save to PNG file (for personal use), zoom back in?

How are the maps? Anything above and beyond whats already in the book?

JPG.
The digital version of the book from Dndbeyond has old-school maps with little color. The maps for purchase are full color and appear more artistic.
Thanks. The website was very unclear and labelled them as PDF.
Not sure why they label it that way, but it is definitely a zip file with two folders of JPG maps.
