So I bought the Humblewood book, yet the when I want to mess around with the different races, none of the Humblewood races are available why even have the book as an option to buy? So I tried reading the Humblewood bug section, but that information seems out of date with "new DnD Beyond shop"
They appear to be working for me - did you make sure you enabled "Humblewood" on the "Partnered Content" tab on the first page of the character creator?

Yes I always tick all the options anytime I use the character creator.
can anyone tell me if this issue has been solved yet? I just bought humblewood source book in dnd beyond, in order to make a vulpin character in the character creator. And now I can't find it in the species list, what the hell.

Make sure you have Humblewood enabled under Partnered Content on the Home tab of the character builder. Also, go here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses and see if it says your entitlements data is in sync. If it's not, click the button there to sync it up and then try again.
I still have the issue where even if I have the book and have partnered content on random magic items and scofflaw subclass never show up even when I try to make it on a campaign that is sharing it I can't find it

Which version of the Fighter class are you using? The Scofflaw subclass is only available for the 2014 Fighter (the one with the axe/sword/shield icon). If you've selected the 2024 Fighter (the one with the icon of just a sword in a...swirly...thing) you won't be able to use that subclass. Go to the Class tab and remove that class and add the 2014 one, which you'll have to scroll down to find.
frankly they should have put that on marketplace that it only works iwht 2014, even there is update for each of does subclass if youi bought they book on they own webpage you get update for 2024 dnd
Have you tried Re-sync Account Entitlements? i pulled this off the help page.
To check your Account Entitlements, navigate to the Licenses tab in your profile. If they're out of sync, you'll see a notification indicating this along with a button to Sync My Entitlements.
Once you click the re-sync button, the system will update your Entitlements, which may take a few minutes. Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation message that your Entitlements are back in sync.
