Am I the only one who can't access many of the feats in the 2024 PHB. I have access to MOST of the content from the book, but feats, such as Warcaster, simply don't exist on DDB. I bought the book and have a Master tier subscription and already synced my entitlements to ensure full access.
That's a sync issue. You could have simply gone to account-licenses-sync entitlements and it would have fixed your issue, my issue is not that I only have access to the free stuff, my issue is that the pre-release is straight up missing a handful of things, such as the War Caster feat, level 10 Bards can't use their Magical Secrets feature to actually grab spells from other spell lists, level 20 sorcerers only have 15 prepared spells, instead of the 22 we are supposed to have according to the new PHB, custom background creation in the character builder doesn't provide an origin feat, and a handful of other small things missing/not working. It's not that I can't access the content, it's that some of the content simply isn't there.
You will probably have to wait for a patch. They had a lot of extra work to do and a schedule to keep at zero notice. Make a ticket to support with all the issues.

This is well documented in the bugs thread for the PHB. You can get around it by turning off Feat Requirements on the first tab during character creation because the core issue seems to be the Spellcasting requirement not properly counting your character's spellcasting ability as having met the requirement.

I just noticed the same this morning. Try logging out of the site and back in. That has solved everything for me.
