So, I received a response from Scalefast saying that I chose "dispatch all products together" during checkout. I don't remember being given a choice and I would never have chosen to wait until the end. Does anyone else remember seeing this?
Fun thing: the option is hidden by default. Initially, it shows you shipping checked with a green checkmark. Only if you select to edit this, you will get the options. At least it was that way last week.

I pre-ordered all 3 books (physical and digital) and got the following response from the support@wizardsscalefaststore.zendesk.com email (in fairness after about a day) ..
The reason you haven't yet received a tracking ID is that one or more of the items you ordered is a pre-order that has not been released yet. It's set to release around the end of February 2025. Please remember that release dates are estimates and may vary. We will do our best to ship your order in time for the release. Please note that since all your books are in one parcel, we need to wait until all items are released for shipping.
Sucks really, as this wasn't made clear when I ordered. I have asked if the PHB I receive in Feb/March 2025 will be an up-issued version with the errata or "old" stock by then - sadly, I suspect the latter.
In future, I won't bother with any physical+digital bundles from WOTC.
I came here to say that I missed the shipping one parcel bit as well. For me, not that big of a deal, but I missed it. In Canada, I didn't save anything by preordering because of the exchange, and then adding the cost of the fees to ship. Works out the same. I thought I would support them directly rather than amazon. Live and learn.

I pre-ordered the full bundle on the first day of the pre-sale, and I don’t recall seeing this choice either. But the fact that they’re offering this option is completely and utterly ridiculous. Who would wait that long?

I ordered all my books from Amazon, but 2/3 of them arrived damaged, with bent corners. I switched to WotC for a few books, but with the duty fees, it ended up costing about the same as buying local. With the 2024 pre-release, it’s been an utter mess—16 days since the product was released, and still no sign of when I'll receive my order. I'll be purchasing locally from now on.

Has anyone in Canada tried to get a refund?
Those who want to save on shipping costs and produce fewer carbon emissions. I agree, however, that the subset of customers that would value these two things above getting the books as they come out is probably low. The option to bundle should definitely NOT have been the default. FWIW, I don't recall selecting this one way or the other, but I did receive my book (in the US) "on time".
This has descended from gross negligence, sprinkled with incompetence to some sort of farcical parody of stunning 'tardation.
I got mine finally (Canada) but after paying duty, it would have been better to just go to the game store, and get one...like one of my players did who got the alternate cover before I got my standard. Seeing the ignorant responses from "customer service" I should be grateful I got anything.
I bought the whole bundle. Knowing what I know now, I would have just bought the digital so I can share with my players, and got the physical at the game store.
I will never buy another physical book from this utter clown show again.
Totally off topic- absolutely LOVING my October subscriber perks. Thank WotC, those 4 digital frames, much like the digital gold dragon for spending a sh** ton of money on a bundle that may, or may not arrive, has completely changed my life. there's a spring in my step, imma zippity do dawing on the sunny side of the street.
For what little it's worth, as WotC/DDB are practically silent regarding this, someone has a thread going where they're trying to crowdsource response times based on when people submitted and when they hear back. Feel free to contribute, the more we get the more we can try to pin down when any of us will at least hear back about anything.
Mine shipped and was delivered. Either was delivered to the wrong apartment in my complex (we all have the same doormat and I can't see the unit number) or immediately stolen within minutes of me getting the alert it was delivered since Fedex didn't knock or use the doorbell like I asked. Doesn't surprise me though Fedex has been spotty for me in general and this isn't the first time a fedex shipment of mine was "missing" in the same way.
Anyone else order a PHB directly and receive a damaged copy. My front and back covers are wrinkled. When I tried to contact Wizardsa about I got no response for over a month and they even cancelled my pre-order for DMG and Monster Manual.
PRE-ORDER (as in before release right?) still waiting for my copy nearly a month after release in stores. Scalefast? More like Scaleslow. FFS , ordering a custom options Tesla takes less time nowadays.
So after I complained to support@wizardsscalefaststore.zendesk.com, I actually found their customer services pretty decent (shout out to their rep Kevin) and got email replies each time within a day or so. Long and short of it, I got a partial refund for my DMG/MM and they are now shipping my PHB. The bundle was kinda pointless (no real discount of note in Europe), so I will now get my physical DMG/MM from local stores as soon as they are released.
Support local. WotC isn't a merchant, they're a supplier.
Support local.
It makes little difference when the supplier can’t deliver on time.

I only ordered the PHB not the bundle and I'm still waiting.
Please send me their contact details.
TIA

I don't recall seeing it and if it *was* a choice then why does that choice not show on your order details, invoice or Shipment info.
Regards
Paul
In aus, received mine a few days ago, now to wait for the rest of bundle

Honestly, this Kevin might be fast, but some of his answers are insolent at best.
