She has been mentioned in two sources in Lore, but having her weakened and imprisoned by Pazuzu is kind of boring since she's supposed to be a powerful demon god in her own right, so maybe there could be an adventure where a demonic cult sets her free. I would associate her with Monstrosities and Monstrous Humanoids like her portrayal in Pathfinder since that was somewhat implied in what little lore there was about her in D&D. I would also associate her with seduction, death and disease like in her actual mythology. I might also associate her with Vampires due to her drinking blood in mythology.
Well, I had thought of that a little while ago. And it is weird how D&D Lamia are based on both the Greek mythological figure, Lamia and the Middle Eastern Lamia.
Look around a bit for pre-Remaster descriptions of Lamashtu. Paizo has been toning down her depictions because she doesn’t jive well with the image they’re trying to cultivate nowadays but all her awful lore is still canon.
To give you a taste, she wants her followers to practice bestiality and give birth to monsters, and she wants her followers to kill or harm anyone who is traditionally beautifulhttps://19216801****/https://routerlogin.uno/ .
She’s really, really evil. But the good news is that Nok-Nok isn’t actually a proper follower of her. He basically just sees her as his mom and pays lip service to her cause, but he doesn’t actually care about killing beautiful people or creating more monsters (aside from maybe spreading goblin territory).
Like I said before my version of Lamashtu will have traits of the Pathfinder version which is like Lilith and the Mythological version which caused diseases, miscarriages and cot deaths as well as seducing and devouring men. She has an affinity for Demons such as succubi, incubi, nalfeshnees, barlguras, dretches, hezrous and manes.

I would associate her with lamia, since the D&D lamia is pretty confused anyway.

Besides the Lamia I would take a page out of pathfinder and have Lamashtu also be worshipped by Minotaurs, Gnolls, Medusae and Harpies.

Yeah, it's pretty dark.
