I'm trying to ensure I'm keeping up with my collection and providing my players with all of the available content. When I visit the marketplace, I'm struggling to understand what content I do not own, and the marketplace doesn't show an easy way to filter out already owned content. Can someone help me with an easy way to find the books I don't own without having to manually check everything? Multiple times I open a marketplace page for a book that my library doesn't say "Purchased" only for the digital tab to tell me I already own it --is it a bug?

No it's not a bug, it's just a really bad design. As bthec said there's not really a way to filter in the Marketplace, your best bet is to look through your library, the bnew design has a little cart symbol next to anything you don't already own. It's still not perfect, a few things I own still show the cart symbol mostly it seems if they're also being shared with me, but that's probably the quickest route
It would also be useful to know if I have access due to it being shared. If I have a spare $30, it'd be nice to know what will be new to my collection and what would just expand the range of campaigns where the builder content will be available.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
That's where I'm running into trouble, take for example Acquisitions Incorporated.
It shows that it's shared with me, but I am no longer in any campaigns that is sharing content, all campaigns on my account are ones I'm currently DMing.
On the library page It shows the cart icon next to the book title, indicating I don't own it.
On the marketplace page for the book it defaults to Physical + Digital and wants me to buy as if I don't own it; however, when I select digital it says, "You already own this product."
There’s a known issue on the new library page where books purchased as part of a bundle aren’t correctly showing on that page as owned. This will be fixed after the holidays.
If it says the book is shared with you, then someone in one of your campaigns must own it. Your role in the campaign doesn’t matter. Once anyone in the campaign activates Content Sharing, everyone’s books get shared with everyone else.

The problem is books we own are showing as being shared even if we didn’t buy them as a bundle. Both Xanathar’s and Tasha’s are showing as shared with me but I own both ad bought them individually

You could always check your library. You can click a tag for books you already own and then work from there

Looking at the new library function it does say if something is shared, it's just a little glitchy at the moment so hopefully that'll get sorted

It's all very confusing.
