Also, unless the NPC is a celestial, fiend or undead or has been consecrated / desecrated, a Paladin's Divine Sense does not provide alignment information on a character. That being said, I do agree with Runicscribbles, Arcanist's Magic Aura would be the way to go. I know in my campaign Strahd has an almost Dexter like attention to detail and has painstakingly worked to ensure his identity as a Vampire not be revealed. He's used Arcanist's Magic Aura to hide is undead nature.
I've got an NPC and I'd like to hide it's Evil alignment from Paladins.
Not sure Seeming would work. Do I need Mindblank?
Any other ideas? Probably something simple I've not thought of......
Wait....ring of Mind Shielding. Knew it wasn't tough! (but still open to other ideas....)
There's always Arcanist's Magic Aura. Cast it for 30 days and it's permanent!
