Sorry if this doesn’t go here. I’m a newbie to the program and am still trying to figure out how it all works. My DM runs the campaign with a nod to earlier editions and so he limits cantrip use to 5 per long rest. My question is about how to have this reflected on the character sheet. Is there a way to do this on the sheet kinda like it does already for spell slots or limited use things like Wrath of the Storm? If not I’ll continue to make tick marks on a piece of paper but was just curious. Thanks.
I really think this is a terrible system. Already at 3rd level, a bard gets 4 spell slots. Also since the most a cantrip is limited to is only like 5 or 4d10 for max level eltrich blast, at 17LEVEL

I think there are very few ways to put charges and limited use abilities on character sheet.
One thing that comes to mind is to make a homebrew item with 5 charges named "cantrip slots".
Hmm. Didn’t think of that. Thanks.
