Those are the free ones. The rest are in books you have to purchase, like the PHB. You can buy just the individual feat or the feats bundle, though, for less money, and what you do spend will go towards the cost of the whole book if you decide to buy it later.
So we are starting a new campaign in my group and we are starting with a point buy system. Instead of 75 points, we are starting with 72 and a feat.
I don't know how to add a random feat to my character to start at level 1. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
On the character sheet (not builder), at the bottom of features and traits section, click "manage feats." From there you can manually add feats.
