Hey, thanks for checking out my thread. I currently DM for a group that's been playing since late-May. We have 5 players, but scheduling has become increasingly difficult, and with school starting up soon for many player we wanted to turn it into more of a westmarches-style campaign, where session times are suggested/requested, and if a DM and enough players want to attend, it happens.

I am an adult (30s), but most of the players are teens. As long as you're cool, age/gender/location doesn't matter. Right now our games are Saturday 1100PDT/1400EDT/1800GMT, and Friday 1630PDT/1730EDT/2330GMT.and run for between 2 and 3 hours, but these are somewhat flexible do to the westmarches-style nature.

We're using the 2024 5e rules. Material from older supplements or homebrew will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Currently characters are level 4. If you're interested in DMing too, there are opportunities to do that, whether as a one-of or a regular thing.

Currently in-world, the major threats include a necromantic cult attempting to bring back a 1000-year old evil, elemental/astral rifts appearing and affecting the dimensional membrane of our world, and the constant threat of dragons and other monsters.

Heyy! I've never played dnd before and I'd love to join. My knowledge on dnd is surface level but I think I have most of the stuff in order.
