Hello beautiful people,

I am a experienced DM searching for enthusiastic people for a World of Warcraft - Dungeon & Dragon 5e, using some homebrew wow pdfs.
One requirement that I do ask of the players that would join the campaign is to have a basics understanding of the lore of Warcraft, I am not asking to have a deep knowledge of the Fel, complexes knowledge of WoW plots or even who exactly who that unknown character background is, but rather, to have a minimal understanding of the dynamics of the different cultures/races, knowing some of the major characters (Arthas, Jaina, Thrall, Cairne, Sylvanas, etc...) and a basic understanding of the Third War/setting.

The reason is that we begin the campaign where exactly World of Warcraft classic begins, there will be a divergence from the MMO to make the experience of the campaign fresh and making a story progression depending on the actions of the players. For example, Lady Katrana Prestor might still be Onyxia disguised in Stormwind, you could go "randomly" attack her before the guards reach for you, but wouldn't be hurt because of the revelation that Katrana was Onyxia and somehow, "by pure luck" you undermined her plot, or divergence happens and you will kill Lady Katrana Prestor for real and will rot in Stormwind prison. 

I am searching for players, this is intended to be a long and serious campaign, maturity is a trait valued, even if you are not an experienced player, another aspect is taking the role-playing actively for the sake of the immersion. But not forgetting that this is a game after all, having fun and telling jokes will be the bond that will hold this friendship together.

Requirements would be, Roll20 and Discord mainly, even if you have dndbeyond premium account, I ask to fill your character sheet on Roll20 and use it. The campaign will not begin that quickly, because I need to prepare myself and it's August, I have a bit of a family reunion on my side, but in 2-3 weeks, we should begin session 0 or even 1, oh, and we begin level 1.

The timezone would be GMT+0, Saturdays at somewhat 2 PM. Edit: *Perhaps even another time and another day, this is a talk to have with the group.

i would love to join this campaign. i will admit my knowledge of wow is dated but i can do some reading to brush my self up on the story.
