Hello. I've been playing dnd for a couple years now. Some as a PC some as a DM. But family and work have made it hard to set aside time each week to play.
I'd love to get a pbp game going. I have story ideas already but I'll mostly just be winging it. I'd like input from players on what kind of game they'd like to play. Combat vs rp-ing? Should we keep track of weight? Rations? Etc or just play fast and loose.
Message me if you're in. I'd like folks to be able to post a message at least once or twice a day to keep the game moving. I thought it might be fun to have something bad happen to anybody that goes more then 48 hrs without posting. :)
Message me any questions if you have or characters youd like to play if you're in.
We have 2 players already, looking for 1 or 2 more. The game's going to be a crime/mystery themed game taking place in a huge bustling harbor town. Think pirates, gangs, politics, etc.
Pick pretty much any race or class you want from any WoTC books.
We're starting at level 3 and using a 16,14,13,12,10,7 point array.
Well if you're looking for another person to fill a void I'm usually quite active on here (player and DM). I can mock up a character for you if you'd like. If the party dynamic could be mentioned as to what it currently is I can build something to fit in and hopefully not overlap too much :-)
I'd like joining one more pbp as one of the 2 I'm in is likely about to end in a few weeks, as for character I've got plenty in the back burner waiting to be played, my current fav backstory is my Fire Gneasi (Forge cleric) if we'd be going for a more serious tone story.
Or my bard dwarf Mano'ar looking to bet the legend of Ludzplin (for those who like heavy metal the references are obvious) if we'd be going for a more silly one.
Also how would the stat set work? Rolled, standard, point buy? (IMO best is point buy) re-reading found it xD

Urban/espionage I think would be fun, and something I don't think I've seen on here. That would likely lean toward an RP heavy campaign.

Current Player In: The Guild as Elsara Deepmoon
I would love to join this type of campaign open to modding/altering all or part to better suit or fill a needed niche.
Name: Phineas Fop Race: Variant Human Class: Bard 2 / Cleric 1
I'm one of the players, I'm a not so smart goblin pirate, going swashbuckler of course.
A Graduation to be Remembered | A Village Bathed in Crimson
Let me know what the composition of players is and I’ll throw out a concept! I’d love to play this type of game!
im thinking either a corrupt holy man (cleric) or an assassin/spy (thinking rogue, monk, bard, or warlock).
Still room? I'd love to play a Shifty Warlock with a criminal past.
Liarin: Against the Cult of the Reptile God
Adewild: Shadows and Light 2
Brother Thaddeus: Rime of the Frostmaiden.
I'd be down if there is still room, especially for a city centric campaign.
