Post any questions, comments, complaints, and concerns that you wish to bring to my attention concerning Gladiatorium, or simply chat with fellow gladiators. I will also be posting rules updates and end-of-game rewards, so be sure to check back here every once in a while.
1. When a character reduces an opposing character to 0 HP, rather than gain 100 XP + the defeated characters XP, they will gain XP according to the level of the character they defeated. If you KO a level 1 character you gain 100 XP. Level 2 characters are worth 200 XP, and so on.
2. If you deal damage to an unconcious character you do not recieve any XP rewards.
I'm late to the party but would also like to commend you on making an awesome experience. I don't know how you manage 4 different groups and the maze of doors we've opened.
I have already filled out several notebook pages full of combat trackers and visited rooms. The dungeon generator which I use, Donjon, is also a very helpful tool.

Will XP and level gain be immediate (tallied up after an encounter) or considered after one team remains?
Level advancement is immediate.

I just want to say I'm having a blast
I already have two rule updates to make.

When's the next one?
Whenever this current game ends. But I'll say no more. I don't want to give anyone in the game an unfair advantage!

That last fight was brutal. At least Killroy has an epic metallic silver arm now...
Lol. That is pretty awesome.
I'm going to give you a special attack for that arm:
Fist. Attack bonus: Strength modifier + proficiency bonus. Damage: 1d4 + Strength modifier

Haha. Not sure "brutal" is quite as accurate as just, "a slaughter". 2v4 (one of which was a circle of the moon bear druid)...
Kic, meet the people you slaughtered. Slaughtered people, meet Kic. ;)

Kic says, “If it’s any consolation that arm was delicious and now your nickname can be Bucky.”
At least Lucky
That's... not a bad idea. Taken under advisement.
