It's an auto-fill PDF that I got somewhere...have to find a link for it......its made character generation way easy for me - also includes Unearthed Arcana options as well
I'm not? I guess I'm missing something....the rogue class feature expertise is what I assume we're talking about? I thought that just meant I get two more skills (and theives tools) on top of the other 8 skills I get to pick....
which looking at my sheet means I'm short on 2 skills anyway.....
At 1st level, choose two of your skill proficiencies, or one of your skill proficiencies and your proficiency with thieves’ tools. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of the chosen proficiencies.
It looks like you actually choose two of the skills you have chosen (four from your class, 2 from background, and whatever tools) and get your proficiency bonus doubled.
Yeah I get (2) from Half-Elf - Deception and Stealth from Criminal - and (4) from Rogue - and then take 2 of the skills I have (or 1 and thieves tools) and double it's proficiency bonus?
Ah no I don't have longbow proficiency - now I understand why you build a sniper assassin as a Fighter first then a Rogue - I went about this build totally wrong
Looks good so far, but two things. 1. I can't seem to find the harrowing event, traits, flaws, or bonds. 2. I don't know why, but the sheet is saying you can prepare 7 spells, but it shows 11 prepared. I'm not too sure why that may be.
Mad is correct. Domain spells don't count as prepared spells; those are always available but do not count against the cleric spell count. As far as the things for my background, didn't have a nice place on OrcPub to put so I'll just write it out here...
Harrowing Event - A fiend possessed you as a child. You were locked away but escaped. The fiend is still inside you, but now you try to keep it locked away.
Personality Trait - I refuse to become a victim, and I will not allow others to be victimized.
Ideals - I kill monsters to make the world a safer place, and to exorcise my own demons.
Bonds - There’s evil in me, I can feel it. It must never be set free.
Flaws - I feel no compassion for the dead. They’re the lucky ones.

oh well
You can always go with a shortbow instead, it'll just drop you by about 1 damage point on average.
I guess which is part of the reason why I'd want to multiclass when we next level up to Fighter (I should have done 5 levels of fighter THEN moved to Rogue - but I doubt we'll get that far in this game anyway)
Ok since everyone else submitted an actual character sheet - here's mine

Are you expertise in Thieves tools twice? I can't see where you have marked the expertise bubble on any of your other skills.
No? somewhere someone told me there is no expertise (?) or double proficiency in 5e? or maybe I missed something - rogues are new to me :P

Also noticed your prof mod is not added to your Longbow attack, are you prof in the longbow?
yes? no? apparently not? and now I've accidentally deleted my auto-filled editable copy of my character sheet so I have to remake it anyway.....

You get all simple weapons, which includes Shortbow.

That would work, you'd get martial weapons then, so the longbow thing would work out. :D
