So I am not sure of other folks playstyles, but when I'm wildshaped, I'll milk the time limit as long as I can, not just for fights, but for non-combat uses too.
I was wondering about stat use, while wildshaped. Is there future plans to be able to click on the things in the Extras overlay so that I can click to roll dice like on attacks or skill checks?
For now, what are some other options folks do to minimize the flipping back and forth b/w the Extras vs dice roller overlay? Would I homebrew some thing and activate it? Make something as a stand-in of the animal, something that would allow a bite attack, a claw attack, etc for the animal?
Idk the best way to incorporate this. There's a couple other spots on the forums asking for beast shape dice rollers. From adding a dice roller on the monster pages to adding beast shapes to the druid's character sheet. I think it's something to look into for sure but no doubt will be extremely difficult, but will be all the more appreciated if it does happen.
Most of the time my Druid player stays in the form for as long as possible. This gives her a few extra hit points and often darkvision. She only comes out of it when duration is complete, there are communications needs for her, or she has to cast healing.
It would be fairly useful to have a way to temporarily assign the druid PC on here an animal form. Would have to be limited to what they had a license for or what they home-brewed though. Just depends on how many people use druids on the site.

I think that you would just roll the dice, and look at the relevant modifier. Don't bother homebase. It's so fiddly doing stuff like this.
