Although the interface is dreadful and it's content pretty 'meh' once generated https://donjon.bin.sh/ is a really useful tool for a lot of DMs. I play in a testing group of fellow DMs and it's rare when someone asks for advice that Donjon isn't mentioned.
I really tend to like https://5emagic.shop/ myself for quick shop generation tools. The better features are paywalled but being honest I don't think the extras are really that essential or worth the ongoing cost.
https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/ is great for those on the spot name creation which you're caught on the hop. It has a really solid range of things to access.
I don't use it all that much these days, but if you're in a pinch and want a really detailed adventure generated for you: https://www.d20srd.org/fantasy/adventure/ is definitely the tool.
Wow, I just peeked at the magic shop generator and I absolutely LOVE it. My players always want to visit magic shops (no idea why, since anything they have really liked has been homebrew stuff I drop them in appropriate places) Making lists of what's there has always been a pain in my butt, so this tool is an amazing help. Thanks for pointing it out. I have always been pretty good at just creating nifty sounding fantasy names when needed, and prefer to sketch out my own adventures (though I am starting to just create a world with things happening and plan to just drop the party in and see where they go)

Second vote for Donjon. When I'm too busy or lazy to create a dungeon, Donjon is my go-to for maps and monster population. It's also my go-to for city maps.
For world/continental maps, Azgaar's is my favorite. Highly customizable and generates nice images, if a little fiddly to use.
Dndspeak has a bunch of posts with randomly generated lists, plus some random generators of their own. Great if you're stuck and need something to spark an idea, like fantasy pastries to put in a shop, plot hooks, reasons your monk is an adventurer, etc. The lists don't stay on the website indefinitely, though, so if you see something you like you should screenshot it or copy/paste it somewhere else.

Talking digital tools such as shop generators and such, just curious what people are using?

Finally, https://www.kassoon.com/dnd/ should get an honourable mention for it's versatility as well.
