I have a homebrew world in which many aspects of this adventure seem to fit. The jungle, Lost World, yuan-ti, and pulpy vibe are fantastic. However, the entire core premise of the Soulmonger just doesn't work for what I'm building. Has anyone had success in changing that bit and still making good use of almost everything else? I'd welcome any suggestions.
