I've had an idea for a campaign in my head for a while that I've been wanting to run that's set in the FNaF timeline(Just incase anyone else has also DM'd a similar Campaign). At the same time I don't want to limit race or class options as that simply doesn't sound all that fun. The only thing I haven't really found a work around for is magic. No one in universe is shown to use it, and while I could just change it to where magic does exist, I feel like that just doesn't fit well. Does anyone have any suggestions
Some races have inherent magic. How do you plan to work around that if you're not limiting races?
IMHO, D&D 5e isn't the RPG for a no-magic campaign. Consider a no-magic system if you want to run a no-magic game.
If you want to run a game where the PCs have magic but no one else does, then you need to first explain why magical races are no longer magical (magic plagues, world-changing cataclysms, etc work well for this). Then you need to determine why it is your PCs have magic. Does something strange and mysterious happen to them in the first session that grants them their magic? Do magical people still have their magic, yet it has gone dormant for some unknown time, and is awakened in the PCs through some strange event? Are your PCs visitors from another world/universe entirely where magic is commonplace?
Either way, if you're putting magical PCs in a non-magical world, especially where magic hasn't been either ever or for a very long time, you need to think of what the consequences for using magic will be. How will people see magic-using PCs? Will they call them witches and try to hunt them down? Will they hail them as angels or saints sent from some sort of religious being to save - or perhaps doom - the world? If magic Isn't A Thing, PCs coming in and just using magic won't go unnoticed.
It is totally ok to limit magic. By that very statement, you will have to limit certain classes. Some races have magic abilities so you would have to limit those as well.
After that, you can do whatever you want! If you take a look at Game of Thrones the majority of the story is non-magic. Same with Lord of the Rings. Yes, there are magic elements and items but overall not too much magic.

Make sure to think about healing. You don’t need access to magical healing, but it really helps. Maybe beef up the healers kit and/or medicine skill. Or don’t, if you want it super-gritty
I’m not familiar with your acronym for the setting, but is it possible to re-skin magic? Just say it’s some kind of odd, superhuman ability that lets them do what they can do but not use the word “magic.”
Five Nights At Freddy's. There's a company I have considered linking with magic sense the company is known for tech that's super advanced, and the company also would come into play later.
