I am searching for one-shot adventure that takes place at some kind of brewery. Actually it can be any place since the central object of the whole story is alcohol. The thing is I converting Stormstout Brewery from WoW and want to have some reference point. Any help appreciated.
While I don't have a specific adventure ready for you, I love the idea that a 20 year old rogue can steal, murder and extort but they better not have a drink. Penalties against monsters made of booze?
You could have a look at the Wizard of Wines vineyards and winery in Curse of Strahd, or any duergar or dwarf stronghold and just festoon it with rogue water elementals that you can reskin as Lager Elementals.
I think about making a whole bunch of booze elementals based on water elemental each with unique debuff and altered stats. Something like beer elemental that puts a puking curse on you when it succesfully hits you in close combat. The idea was born when one of my players (barbarian with int = 3) said he is worshiping a god of beer.
An old Monastery Brewery (Worshipping the God of beer and brewing) in a small valley, a delivery of fresh beer to a famous tavern of a near by city that doesn't arrive as expected. The players get hired to investigate, and arrive in bad weather.
All the monks but one have turned into monsters like Keg Golems, Yeast Creatures, animated Beer Puddles. The remaining Monk is a teetotaler and has barricaded himself in the belltower, sustaining himself by drinking rainwater. A new recipe gone wrong? Sabotage? A curse?

All my players as well as me are 21+.

I wrote a D&D brewery “Vast Brewing Company” for Polyhedron issue 92.
