This basically serves as a museum while my party is going through here, they're poking around looking for anything that might give them an edge as they're exploring a cloud giant's kingdom attempting to retrieve some stolen treasure and avoid being seen. I have a couple of things lined up, specifically one of the party members - a half-orc barbarian - his clan was killed by giants way back when. He's going to stumble upon what remains of them when he goes inside, including a legendary mantle belonging to his clan chief. Should be pretty traumatic if I've done it right.
Other exhibits include dragon bones and eggshells, mind flayer contraptions and kuo-toa cultural items, but besides that I'm coming up a bit short on filler. Ideas? I'm trying not to go ham on magic items since they already have a ton, too many would be ridiculous. They are level 8.
Well, whatever the giant likes? Mostly what's in a gallery will be essentially art objects, and there's a fair number of collections of random art objects, such as art objects in the DMG and https://www.chaosgen.com/fantasy/treasure/art
The skeleton of a sky whale. (please include ankles)
A fat gerbil
Maybe, similar to how humans put up the mounted heads of an animal they have killed, cloud giants put up the mounted wings of their game.
I don't know if this helps, but in my world cloud giants are tobacco farmers. You see, my world is on the back of a giant flying space turtle and the clouds come from the ginormous pipe he smokes. Cloud giants want to expand their kingdom so they need more clouds, so they farm magical tobacco that they give to the turtle.

A collection of beans or a garden of bean stalks.
A magical singing harp.
A goose that lays golden, or maybe copper, eggs.
Weather balloons.
