No all three spells are the same with respect to the caster and then others might be allowed to travel with the caster.
Misty Step is 30ft, self, location : line-of-sight.
Dimension Door is 500ft, self and one other, location: various ( range limit )
Teleport is Range : unlimited within and only within the current plane of existence the spell is used, caster and number of others, location: the better you know the place, the easier it is to get back there, getting lost sucks.
Point, progression of teleporting magics seems to make Misty Step the problem spell for getting out of a Prismatic Sphere not Dimension Door.

You are not reading the exact wording of the spells and they matter. Those tiny differences you are ignoring are super important. Your interpretation directly violates the rules according to the official Sage Advice. I quoted the official rule. As per Jeremy, when he was officially the Sage he said so. To summarize what he said:
1) The Indigo layer blocks spells while they are being cast. It does not blocks spells previously cast. Spirit Guardians goes right through it. But while you are casting it, anything inside the indigo layer is NOT in range. Range refers to the listed range (next to things like casting time, components, etc.) not any other numbers mentioned in the spell description.
2) Misty Step has range of self (not 30 ft) so when you cast it is not going through the indigo layer and teleport goes through other dimensions, allowing it to enter the Sphere. 30 ft is in the spell description but is not the range. However line of sight blocks it, so unless you have blindsight you cannot teleport in.
3) DIm Door has a range of 500 ft allowing you teleport anywhere in range that is not blocked. Indigo layer blocks it. You cannot use Dim Door to teleport into the sphere.
4) Teleport has a range of 10 ft, NOT unlimited. It lets you teleport upto 8 willing people within that 10 ft range of you to anyone in the plane. The indigo layer prevents you from selecting anyone inside the sphere and teleporting them. But the range only effects who you teleport out, it does not affect where you teleport to. As such the Indigo layer does not prevent people from teleporting into it.

The block of information on top of a spell is called relative information and it’s the spell’s DESCRIPTION that explains how the spell, or other such thing, works specifically with the header info, and any possible specific change to the rules in general.
read the three teleportation spells, look at the level progression, and how the headers reflect what the Description tells you.
JC is just another DM with his own opinion, that is hit or miss. On this, he missed.
