Prismatic wall, when used correctly, can be a game stopper. Especially if you are trapped in a prismatic sphere. Looking through different magic items however, (since the rod of cancellation didn’t make it into 5e) I came across the Helm of Disjunction. In the description it mentions, “Spell Disjunction. Any ongoing spell ends if the creature, object, or area affected by it is even partly in the pulse’s area.” My question (for clarification purposes)- could the helm of this junction and a prismatic wall, specifically if you are trapped in a prismatic sphere? I just want to make sure that I’m not missing anything. Thank you all for your help and comments.

‘A’OHE PU’U KI’EKI’E KE HO’A’O ‘IA E PI’I – (No cliff is so tall it cannot be climbed.)
It's somewhat extreme compared to just casting teleport, but prismatic wall doesn't say anything about magic negation effects other than dispel magic, and the helm of disjunction doesn't say anything about prismatic wall, so it should work unless the DM rules otherwise.
Not sure teleport would work though. According to Jeremy Crawford, "The indigo layer of prismatic wall prevents you from casting spells through it. This doesn't stop a spell with a range of self, such as misty step, but it does stop dimension door, which has a range of 500 ft." Since Teleport has a range of 10 ft, the indigo layer would prevent it.

10' is the range to other targets of the spell, not the range to the destination. You cannot bring along another target on the other side of the wall, but you can bring targets that are on the same side of the wall to a destination on the other side.
Prismatic Wall is a very good 9th level spell, but it has some significant weakness.
The main weakness is that the Indigo layer is often misinterpreted. It says:
"While this layer is in place, spells can't be cast through the wall". It does not stop spell effects, it only stops casting through the wall.
This means by RAW any of the following can work:
Cast a duration spell lets you make an attack on creatures you cannot see, like Dragon's Breath or Sunbeam. You are not casting on the turn you make the attack.
Cast [Otiluke's] Resilient Sphere on yourself then roll through the prismatic wall.
Cast an aura spell with a duration, such as Anti Magic Field or Fear when you are far from the Prismatic Wall, then approach it.
Cast Delayed Blast Fireball, wait a turn then throw it. It will be stopped by the Orange layer, but usually the area of effect of the fireball will include people behind the wall, affecting them.
True Polymorph into a Beholder and take a good long look at the Prismatic Wall. Antimagic cone is not a spell, let alone one being cast. Or turn into a dragon and breath at it (Dragon's breath is neither a spell nor a ranged attack).
