I'll keep it up as long as possible and update this URL if it changes. It acknowledges and directly references commonly used formulas (AL and 3.5 calculator) but implements some of my own concepts, but open to suggestions.
Sorry to necro this post, but I found the thread while searching for this info for my next adventure, and I just wanted to say the 2024 PHB includes now a table for Spellcasting Services.
