This is my first attempt at creating a high CR legendary monster. I've based the balance on the other arch devils in MToF so I'm hoping it's not way off base balance wise - but I imagine changes will be necessary seeing as I'm so inexperienced with monster creation. It's worth saying that, if I can get this into a confident state, it may well be a "final boss" in my current campaign - so ideally the encounter will be both balanced and fun.
Here's the stat block (V1.0), I'd really appreciate any and all feedback. (I'd be really appreciative of balance feedback seeing as reading into the balance of a stat block this large isn't a quick, easy endeavour):
If anyone's interested in her lore: You might already know that Glasya is the daughter of Asmodeus and Lord of Malbolge, the sixth layer of Hell. One of my player's warlock patron is Moloch, the former Lord of Malbolge who's single goal is to take back what he lost, so if the campaign goes in that direction it would be awesome for the party to have an epic battle with Glasya.
P.S. I can't figure out how to insert the image so I've just given the link.
Going through and am looking for some balancing, first starting with spells. Add Confusion, Fireball, and Geas to her 3 each per day, and maybe just break her down to sorcerer of sorts. I love her alluring aura, but maybe change that to 10 feet. Condition Immunities, just make them all.
Wow thanks so much! I wasn't expecting any feedback after all these months but I really appreciate it. I love all those suggestions though I think my homebrew campaign might now be concluding at level 15 so I will need to adjust Glasya's power to make her a much lower CR.
No worries, I am going to be using her in my campaign soon. You did majority of the work, and I appreciate it. I am going to put her on DnDBeyond here in a few. I started her yesterday and wasn't able to finish. I will send a link for her when I am done.
He was reading my original stat block. That does have a spelling mistake. Your updated version of Glasya looks great though! Love the new action Sickening Embrace.
Hy I'm also looking for a bossbattle with Glasya, and my campain will last until 15th lvl aswell, and could you possably send your new statblock too aswell? Im a first timer dm and although i have made a few homebrew monsters, a goddess of this grandure is above my level lol. It would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how many of your players will be level 15 (I assumed 4), but things can get pretty swingy, and wild when it comes to player damage. Because you said you're new I left off fiddly things like Regeneration, and put them into Varient options along with Innate Spell Casting. I did give her spell like actions related to her "powers" from what I understand in her lore here: https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Glasya
Roleplaying-wise she would probably avoid combat entirely by letting summons/minions do the dirty work while she teleports away. If you did want to use more abilities, then I'll explain a possible attack pattern below:
On her 1st turn, Adjudicate Intoxicating Aura (Can apply charmed condition) -> Mutliattack: Scourge, Scourge, then Wicked Mockery (can apply frightened condition) -> Use bonus action: Summon Fiend (1/day). -> If applicable have the summoned fiend use Multiattack action. Her CR/average damage is calculated to assume that one of her summons is attacking with their multiattack.
On 1st legendary action, use Scorn: Glare on someone charmed or frightened (so that it might set someone unconscious /sleep)
On 2nd legendary action, use Teleport Fiend on herself if she is being hurt otherwise Scorn: Glare or Manipulate to order an attack with one of her minions/summon/charmed creature
On 3rd legendary action, use See previous options
On lair actions, Pick one of the two that will cycle between 1st=charming others by bringing them closer to Glasya, or 2nd=frightening them away from herself. Either option potentially triggers opportunity attacks from her minions since neither is a shove/teleport/force movement in that sense.
On her 2nd turn, Adjudicate Intoxicating Aura, then consider having her flee if hit points are at half with Teleport Fiend and such. Alternatively if Glare has knocked someone out, then use Contagious Bite(1/day) to inflict flesh rot potentially doubling damage on that character. Glasya and her minions would focus on that one if the intent is to kill, or use Caress of Death(1/day) on the same target next turn if things are going well.
Don't be surprised if player characters become seemingly immune to some effects like charmed/frightened at higher levels. Glasya should not be in the fight alone, and I recommend using the same monsters as the ones she can summon so it's easier for a newer DM to manage. I also strongly recommend reading/watching some lore on her, so she is a stronger social interaction vs. a combat encounter (you can use Live Vicariously, Shapechange, or Innate Spellcasting if you were using this statblock for social encounters). By the time they're at that higher level you'll know if your players are really optimized for combat, so feel free to add 100 hit points if that is the case. Good luck!
One last thing. I cleaned up some clutter effects like "Virulent Weapons" and simply added magical to the appropriate attacks, and along with any additional damage. It was a similar trait to Hellish Weapons found on some fiends, but this frees up more space for simplicity. Most importantly I added 5e equivalent items to her "variant possessions" that could be used as loot or rewards from Glasya (though she might not willingly give up her scourge or ring of invisibility). However I did have to homebrew her scourge, and because homebrew typically can't use hyperlinks you can find the scourge here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/5057064-glasyas-keen-scourge-of-speed
It should go without saying these days, but feel free to use any part (or none lol) of these homebrewed things. Cheers!

I think this a good. After all, she is the daughter of Asmodeus. I would love to see this expanded into some lair actions as well.

Here is what I made for Glasya. Now I set this for a 20 level campaign side quest.

I have a weird sense of humor.

Not sure what you are reading, but it is spelled correctly.
