Seeing that miss he groans and says to Bolt,

"Fix Lair, I gotta chop this guy down."

Both Bolt and BB swing at the hulk as he flees, Bolt coming much closer, despite her prone position.

Bryn leaps and scrambles down the rubble with the enemy retreating, skidding to a stop near Larry, somewhat at a loss, but doing what he can to try to stabilize the metal man.

Medicine?: 13

((Bolt won't be able to reach the big guy without dashing, after standing up, but could make a ranged attack if she'd like, however, BB's attacks will be enough to finish it. If Bolt wants to get a hand on the ball, she can make some sort of ranged attack and the two of you can put some flavor on finishing off the hulking creature.))

Regardless of what Bolt does from range, the only thing BB sees is his swing of the maul into the back of the giant's knees, bringing it down to a kneel.

With a roar of triumph BB will do a full spin and send the maul into it's face.

"Yeah! BB the giant killer!"

He'll bask in that a tick before turning and looking back to Larry,

"How's Lair doing? We got any glue?"

Bolt pulls herself upright and gives BB a thumbs-up as she hobbles over to Larry, "Don't think I've got any way to fix him up..."

"I think he's stable... not sparking or leaking, but still seems to have power.", Bryn says. "I don't think we can stay here, there's still some of the little ones left, and another of those things with the claws that got Commander Storm. Grandpa, how's Black? You able to take a look at Larry? I don't understand this shit."

BB comes over to look at Larry, and after doing so, says,

"Ya... Gramps? I can carry him if we gotta get gone now. That gonna hurt him?"

Gramps rushes towards Larry

"Watch the rubble that we are not surprised by more of those creatures."

Before he let's his wand go over Larry's worst wounds (casting cure wounds for 6 healing)

"This should get you up, how you feeling Lar?"

After which he rushed back towards Black

"I think I should be able to get him up quick enough"

Gramps says to BB as he starts working on Black with his Smith tools, feeling the magic flow from him through the tools into Black

(Spending a 1st lvl spell slot, having none left after getting Larry and Black up)

After a minute of hard work you hear Black standing up again seemingly having no injury at all anymore.

"There you are good boy, welcome back" Gramps says giving the Panther a hug.

((Had Grandpa used Tides of Chaos to where curing Larry would trigger a surge (d100 if so), if not, roll a d20 to see if it triggers one anyway?))

Larry seems disoriented at first, but is soon back on his feet, moving though some of his fighting forms to ensure there is no impingement or damage that will prevent him from moving. He thanks Grandpa profusely.

Black gives Grandpa a metallic headbutt and lick.

"Nice Gramps, but we should start running, ya? Or hiding. Something other than standing here. Oh, hey Blackie welcome back."

Bolt takes a moment to take a deep breath, then nods, "We should get going, yeah."

Black's ears swivel towards BB, but a flick of the tail and a faint metallic purr is all they acknowledge him with.

"Well depends on what we want to do, do we have any clue how many more are inside the rubble?"

"Well, pretty sure we can take the boss guy and the little fellas. The secret murder one... might be hard."

BB considers the palanquin ones,
